Acknowledging the rarity, Chef Kingsley Kwoh launch Champignion Pátisserie to fulfill the demand for French Pátisserie. He gained his experience from Mandarin Oriental KL & Macau where he honed his skills for 10 years. During his tenure, Chef Kingsley was awarded in FHM 2013 award. He leads his team in Champignons and awarded in competition FHM 2019 and 2022.

Inspired by the local festivals, Chef Kingsley Kwoh curate collections of elegant pâtisseries with the elements of Lunar, Ramadan, Deepavali, Christmas, and many more. Each pâtisserie is designed uniquely for each of the seasons, making each collections unique and exciting.
